OMS SysEx Sender : Single and individual sysex files.

Freeloader doesn't work at all ????????

Downloaded fresh OS copies from the Alesis site.

Is there a hidden page I'm bypassing? or a parameter I can't see?

NOTE: Testing to see if (SysEx and OMS SysEx) will work , I sent a patch to the A6 and . . .

I almost had a heart attack as my beloved A6

FROZE!! I was forced to do a hard re-set. (The A6 was OK. after that)

This is what forced me to stop trying as I don't know what else can

happen!?

A simple solution is to download Sysex Librarian OS X from the Apple website, and you can

use this program to directly load the single .syx file that comes with the OS update. It is a

little slow, but works well.

Your MOTU MIDI interface might present

better results ;-)

It's been a while since I've updated one,

but Sysex 4.5.2 always worked like a charm

for dumping the large, single OS sysex file.

You have to slow down the send rate to 80

or it won't work.

I have always used the latest version of SysEx 4.5.2 without any kind of problems. But I still

use only OS8.6 on a B&W G3...not fast but solid as a rock. To find SysEx 4.5.2 just get to

any Tucows mirror, its everywhere as a shareware...its really a great app.
